Join us at the Wigwam Resort for lunch. Get started with
afternoon sessions on Customer Communication Management
(CCM) and optimizing your ADF. Visit our Technology Fair,
then enjoy an evening welcome reception at the resort.
Wednesday, 9/15
Start your day with a recreational activity, compliments
of Pitney Bowes. If you like to play golf, there’s
an opportunity for you to play in a tournament. The tournament
begins at 7:30 AM sharp. Otherwise, you can enjoy a Hummer™
excursion, horseback riding, tennis or just enjoy the morning
by the pool.

off our afternoon sessions with his presentation on Achieving
ROI Through Enterpirse Data Quality. Next, listen to industry
leaders, analysts and Pitney Bowes customers share how to
implement CCM business practices for future growth. Don’t
miss the Technology Fair solution demonstrations before
dinner.
Thursday, 9/16
Start the day with Don Peppers as he delivers his keynote
presentation on Measuring CRM Success. Presentations and
customer panels continue throughout the day on Thursday,
finishing with the StreamWeaver User Group Session.
