What expenses does the conference registration fee
cover?
Your registration fee includes lodging for 2-nights: Tuesday
– September 14 and Wednesday – September 15.
In addition, the
fee includes the following meals:

Tuesday, September 14: Lunch and dinner

Wednesday, September 15: Breakfast, lunch, dinner

Thursday, September 16: Breakfast and lunch
Your fee also includes one of the
following activities on Wednesday morning, September 15:
Golf Tournament, Tennis, Hummer Excursion, or Horseback
Riding.
NOTE: A minimum of 10 signups are required, except for tennis
and golf clinics.
Can my spouse join me at
the resort?
Yes, spouses may stay at the resort, but attendees should
let us know for meal headcount purposes. No children, please.
What if I want to schedule
my resort activity on a different day?
All activities taking place outside the timeframe must be
scheduled directly with the resort (dial 1-800-327-0396
or 1-623-935-3811), and are not covered under the conference
fee.

Which airport
should I use?
We recommend using the Sky Harbor International Airport
(Airport Code: PHX). It’s located just 25 minutes
from the Wigwam Resort. Call 1-602-273-3300, or visit http://phoenix.gov/AVIATION/index.html
for general airport information.
Which ground
transportation services are available?
The Wigwam Resort offers daily airport transportation for
arrivals and departures between 6 AM and 10 PM. To secure
your reservation, contact the transportation desk at 1-623-856-1068
at least 48 hours in advance. Be prepared to provide your
flight information when you call.
NOTE: Once reserved,
flight or time changes should be reported by calling 1-623-856-1068.
Shuttle reservations requested or changed within the 48
hours prior to arrival are subject to shuttle availability.
What are
the Wigwam’s ground transportation rates?

Individual:
$35 per person, one way (plus tax)

Group
(2 or more guests on same airline and flight):
$30.00 per person, one way (plus tax)
This transportation can be billed
to your guestroom at the Wigwam or by credit card.
What should I do upon airport
arrival if I have secured Wigwam shuttle service?
Proceed to the baggage claim area, retrieve your luggage
and call 623-856-1068 for shuttle status and pickup location
at the airport. Because the shuttle may pick up other guests
arriving at the same time at other terminals, a wait of
up to 30 minutes is possible, prior to departing for the
Wigwam Resort.

How do I get to the resort
by car?
From Central Phoenix:
I-10 west approximately 15 miles to Dysart Road, exit 129.
Turn right and follow for 2 ½ miles to Indian School
Road. Left for ¼ mile to Wigwam Boulevard, then right
for ½ mile to The Wigwam Resort.
From Scottsdale:
Travel west on McDowell Road past 56th St. to AZ 143. Turn
left and merge to the right onto Loop 202 and follow west.
Loop 202 turns into I-10 west near downtown Phoenix. Continue
on I-10 west approximately 15 miles to Dysart Road, exit
129. Turn right and follow for 2 ½ miles to Indian
School Road. Left for ¼ mile to Wigwam Boulevard,
then right for ½ mile to The Wigwam Resort.
From Los Angeles:
Travel east on I-10 approximately 350 miles to Litchfield
Road, exit 128. Turn left and follow Litchfield Road approximately
2 ½ miles to Wigwam Boulevard. Turn right and follow
approximately ½ miles. Resort will be on the left.

What is the resort check-in time?
Check-in time is 4 PM. Baggage check is available for early
arrivals and late departures.
What accommodations are available?
All of the rooms at the Wigwam overlook lushly manicured
gardens, golf courses, tennis courts or a swimming pool.
Spacious accommodations each feature private patios and
southwestern décor with ceramic tile.
You’ll enjoy 27” remote-control
television with cable programming, in-room movies, video
games, clock radios, coffee makers and computer hook-ups.
Our enlarged bathrooms include walk-in closet, private vanity
area, terrycloth bathrobes, makeup mirror, hair dryer, iron
and ironing board and an in-room safe.
Each standard guest
room is furnished with either one king or two double beds.
What recreational and spa amenities are available at the
resort for an additional fee?
Cool off in one of two pools –
the Courtyard Pool or the Main Pool with its accompanying
waterslide, hot tubs and poolside restaurant. Enjoy nine
plexi-pave tennis courts. Private, semi-private and group
lessons, ball machines and racquet rentals are available
through the Tennis Club.
The Wigwam is the only resort in
Arizona to boast three championship golf courses, two of
which were designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. Their famed
Gold Course is consistently ranked among the nation's finest
courses.
The Health Club, located in the Tennis
Center, features a Star Trac, state-of-the-art treadmills,
Lifecycles, Stairmasters and a six-station Cybex weight
station. Free weights, aerobic steps and fitness videos
are also available.
Enjoy the resort’s spa facilities
– massage treatments, skin treatments, and salon services
