This course is an introduction to the Advanced Productivity System. Attendees will receive basic instruction in the following areas:

System setup and operation

Component name and identification,
Material handling,
Theory and troubleshooting

Hardware
Software
Electronics

When the course is successfully completed, the attendee will have a basic understanding of the entire Advanced Productivity System and be ready to begin basic machine repair.

PREREQUISITES

Students should have spent at least one month working with a
Pitney Bowes Inserter system prior to training.
