Benefits of Good Training
Well trained employees help your business succeed and maximize
your return on your product investment. Whether you are
implementing a new Pitney Bowes product solution, need to
train a new operator, require refresher training on an existing
product or would like to learn more about your mailing operation,
Pitney Bowes’ experienced professionals provide flexible
training and education solutions to meet your unique business
needs.
Teaching people to accomplish more with
our products has been a Pitney Bowes endeavor marked by
continuing changes – changes in our products, our
teaching facilities, our instruction methods, as well as
other key elements reflecting our technological progress.
At every turn we have aimed to improve the benefits enjoyed
by our students. We are proud of the results.
More than Classes
There are many advantages to attending a Pitney Bowes training
class that reach beyond the actual course content. Training
classes also afford the opportunity to network with other
students and share information about service issues and
creative problem solving techniques. These classes also
provide hands-on experience gained in a classroom situation
with the latest inserter equipment and a faculty of experts
that is unsurpassed.
Instructors
It is worth noting that our instructors are uniquely qualified.
Our staff of instructors is comprised of seasoned Customer
Service Reps with years of field service experience. When
they are not training or preparing for class, these instructors
are out in the field assisting our customers. That’s
why we believe that our instructors are uniquely qualified;
they bring the element of practicality to the classroom
environment.
Facility
Training courses are offered at our two training centers
in Peachtree City, Georgia. Classrooms and labs are equipped
with the most modern facilities, including instructional
aids such as new computers, dual-screen projection, LCD
projection and video capability. We keep the classes small
to maximize the hands-on use of the equipment and to encourage
interaction with the faculty.
Some classes are also offered at our divisional
headquarters in Danbury, CT.
