The EFS™ Envelope Finishing System is an affordable, integrated printing and scanning solution for inserting systems that helps streamline production, and that also helps validate the integrity of your finished mail pieces.

Offering one of the most flexible configurations available today, this new envelope printing, scanning and vacuum transport system can help you standardize envelope types to minimize material costs and labor, and streamline production by printing all information on the envelope – including variable messages. In addition, the system can scan mail piece data on the envelope to help ensure integrity.

The EFS™ system integrates easily with Pitney Bowes APS™, FPS™, 8 and 9 Series™ inserting systems. It’s also fully compatible with our Direct Connect inserter control system.
