(NYSE:PBI) has signed an agreement with NECA Services
to provide an electronic bill presentment and payment
solution for its more than 1,100 Exchange Carrier/Service
Bureau customers. Digital Document Delivery (D3), offered
by Pitney Bowes docSense, will deliver substantial added
value to the NECA customers while generating productivity
improvements.
The
more than 1,100 exchange carriers participating in NECA
Billing & Collection programs are able to provide
their subscribers with a single bill for all of their
local and long distance telephone services. This amounts
to over 100 million billing transaction each year for
this customer base.
