ForwardTrak
Plus automatically generates everything you need: an updated
address file with moves, required USPS documentation and statistical
reports. It's flexible, too…
With ForwardTrak Plus' flexible updating
capability, you can process move updates the way you need
to. The system produces a file for investigating or database
updating. So you don't have to automatically overwrite address
information in your source database. With ForwardTrak, the
choice is yours. This feature is critical when service agreements
don't allow address changes without customer consent.
Do you run on older, less structured systems?
ForwardTrak Plus is extremely adaptable. Its Name and Address
Scanner (ADDRSCAN) is used when address information locations
vary within a mail run. The scanner identifies address components
within multiple floating lines in an address block, which
simplifies processing.
And best of all, ForwardTrak Plus can
accept input from virtually any type of CASS certified software
-- ForwardTrak Plus ships with its own internal CASS engine,
but it can also accept input from another external CASS application
-- to cleanse addresses and assure they're correctly formatted
before presenting them to the NCOALink Change of Address (COA)
system. ForwardTrak Plus even accepts input from mainframe
CASS engines.
Already CASS cleansing?
No problem.
ForwardTrak Plus moves right in,
without duplicating work.
Since the Change of Address (COA)
process requires that records are CASS cleansed, all Move
Update software includes an internal CASS engine. If you already
run CASS certified software prior to move update processing,
there's no need to repeat the CASS cleansing process. ForwardTrak
Plus can accept input from external CASS engines, reducing
processing time for the entire address cleansing process.
So with ForwardTrak Plus, you only
have to CASS cleanse once -- which helps streamline your operations.
A smooth move with
business operations.
ForwardTrak Plus is a client/server system
running on Windows® NT™. It integrates seamlessly within an
existing environment. In fact, the interface can be set up
so that processing is controlled from other platforms, including
mainframes.
