The versatile Pitney Bowes VariSort™ Mixed Mail Sorter efficiently processes a wide range of flat mail – from clean to complex, bound printed matter such as magazines and catalogs, small parcels, polywraps and even irregular pieces – in addition to letter sized mail pieces.

You can efficiently configure it to precisely suit your mailstream requirements. Choose between feeding mechanisms – automatic, manual or both. Additionally, there are options for scanning, an inline scale and output printing. The system is modular and can be quickly upgraded at your site.

The VariSort Mixed Mail Sorter is a flexible sorting solution capable of handling a wide variety of mixed mail.

  • Automates mail up to 12" x 15.8" x 1.5" (305 x 400 x 38mm)
  • Processing speeds of up to 8,000 pieces per hour
  • Two feeder choices — in any combination — one automatic feeder and up to two manual feeders.
